totally loss.............

so i'm on my way to ride w/ the guy so my gf doesn't have to. due to traffic i'm late,
they go w/o me. she calls me before i can get there less than 7 min he takes than old country road turn at 75+ expecting it to work? claims the brakes failed. of course we see many spots where he power braked it to burn out. needless to say he's paying for the car and getting a foxbody too plus we are keeping this one for parts. sad she had the car for 8 yrs decides to sell it and bam it's gone forever. i'm just glad he's paying her and neither of us was in the car what a moron!!!!!!!!!

I'm BDASPNY"S girlfriend, that's my car, or was my car anyway.

I guess I'm a dumbass b/c I figured a person test driving a car with his tiny little girlfriend in the car would have a little common sense. He's lucky they weren't seriously hurt.

I got that car on my 16th b-day 7 years ago Hopefully the 88 LX 5.0 he's going to give me is in decent condition. And like it says up top I'll still have the purple one to part out to my other 95 GT, plus some cash, so not a total loss.

She was a good girl, I'll miss her.

Yes we did, the kid got a reckless driving ticket also (obviously). So I'll be summoned to court to be a witness for that.

Good! If he doesn't make good at least you'll have something to back you up in court.

Yea, I had it towed up to my mechanic, tomorrow morning I am going to have them look at the brakes so I'll have documentation of that too, though I already know they didn't fail, and the guy knows it too, or he would have protested when we told him he just bought the car.

Man, that is ridiculous. On the plus side thought, I'd swap the parts from the wrecked SN-95 to your new Fox.

Im guessing the brake swap parts are junk after that so i dont know what you would want for a fox.

That's messed up. What exactly happened, it looks like they went off road, ramped back up and then into the ditch. Anyways, they were going FAST when they did that. I wouldn't let someone test drive without me in it.
