Ok, so I found the heads; Now I need to know everything that I will need to do the install; i.e. gaskets, nuts, bolts, whatever. I'd also like to know the approximate cost of all of this.

Jegs and Summit sell a Head changing kit that comes with head bolts, head gaskets, and header gaskets for 115.99.

You'll have to get a intake manifold gasket and a PI intake if you don't already have one.

remember that the PI intake needs to be taped and drilled for the second sensor, as the 99-04 GT only had one instead of two like the 96-98s

Contact Randy S in the Ford Parts Forum area on Modular Depot. Tell him what you are doing and what you have and he will know exactly what you need. He has good prices also.
You can find the intakes used for @120. Look in the classifieds here and on Corral.net

you can reuse your intake gaskets, just clean them off and check if they're not worn any, cheapest head changing kit i've found is at mod depot http://www.modulardepot.com/product_info.php?cPath=97_101&products_id=265

insted of tapping for second temp sensor you can use a T-fitting for both sensors into the one hole

Don't forget the timing cover gaskets (there are three seperate ones) and also if you have never replaced the exhaust gasket between the manifold and the midpipe on the passenger side then you may want to get a new one of those as well. Get a new thermostat while everything is apart, just to be safe, and the thermostat gasket as well.

COMPLETE KIT (free shipping):

http://performance.parkwayfordga.com/2vheadswap.asp

you will need the heads, intake, cams, gaskets, all new head bolts (recommended), etc.

And i would recommend upgrading the cams, while you are doing this project.
