What in the world would cause this?

For some reason my intake tube (MAF-TB) keeps coming off. I've been through a stock style clamp, a worm gear clamp, & I just went out & got a t-bolt clamp for it. I tighten the snot out of the clamp every time, the mounts are in good shape.

What the hell is going on?It happens EVERY single time I go somewhere & with as cold as it is it's really pissing me off.

I would check the mounts for the MAF and mounts to the motor. You said the mounts are good but I don't know which ones you mean. This is my guess...
