And are you satisfied?

I have Statefarm for over 15 years.. I have a clean record and EVERY DISCOUNT you can think of...still in all, I can ADD my new Hoopty Vehicle and change to Progressive, and I will be paying LESS than I pay NOW with Statefarm for just my Navigator and Stang

I may be switching tonight.

Thanks
RC

I have state farm too... I've heard geiko is cheap but when you get into an accident its very very hard to get them to pay up... You probably get what you pay for in the insurance world too

Ive had progressive for quite a few yrs now. Always seem to be the cheapest ones when it comes to putting INS on the stang. Plus they do a yearly review when your policy is up to see if there are any other company's offering better rates then what they currently have w/ you.

I have Allstate, not exactly the cheapest company, but every time I've needed to use insurance, they've been very cooperative.

I used Geico ins.a few years back and totaled a Merc.Cougar.The adjuster was about 100 miles north of my location.I spoke with him over the telephone and we arrived at a mutually acceptable value for the car. There was no bull*****,no going back and forth,AND he had the check to me in two days.I now have Erie ins.because of the discounts for house and car ins.from the same company, but Geico did a fine job of settling my claim.

I use allstate as well. I have never had a problem with them and I think my rates are fair.

I have insurance with Allstate under my dad's name since I'm still under 25. We paid $250 for 3 vehicles, 2001 sport track, 2005 grand am, and my 95 mustang. All with full coverage. Talk about a sweet deal? Clean records rule!!!

I had State Farm for almost 10 years. When I built my house last May, I tried to get my homeowners from them. They would not write me a policy. They told me they were not writing new policies in LA. That really pissed me off since I had been a customer for almost 10 years. So I called Allstate & believe it or not they were cheaper than State Farm BEFORE the discount of having both home & auto insurance together.

I've had Statefarm for about 7 years. I got it because my parents had it and they are on the same policy as me. I have two cars (cobra and civic). I have a 200 dollar deductable and I pay 100 a month for both cars on full coverage.

I have ALFA, my car was totaled by a 80yr old man in nov and he had geico.I live in Alabama and the geico company I had to deal with was in Georgia,it took about 1 month of constant phone calls from them and me to get my claim settled.I think Geico sucks if you have a accident because everything is done out of state unless you live in georia or any of there other states there in.

Ive had statefarm for five years. Love them! I get good student/good driver discounts.

Im very happy with them. They took good care of me and my car when I was carjacked. No BS. They even payed for a couple things they shouldnt have had to pay for!

Thanks for the feedback. I have had SF for OVER 15 years, including several cars, H.O's etc. I have Every Discount you can imagine, including SCOTT CLEAN driving record.

I pay $650 for the Lincoln, and $550 for the stang for 6 mos.
That's with:

PIP, Liability 100/300/100, Uninsured Motorist 100/300, $10k medical, Comp/collision, rental, etc. I have the Stang listed as a pleasure vehicle only.

They want $450 more to add my Hoopty Escort. When I called Progressive, they went over EVERYTHING with me, and we came up with $1130 for ALL 3 for 6 mos if I make ONE payment, and $1250 if I pay monthly.

When I called SF today to tell them I want to cancel they didnt even OFFER to match or try to work out something to keep their business.

I thinked that really sucked.

Im glad there was no bad to be said here about Progressive.

State Farm didn't try to work with me either when I told them I was going to cancel after almost 10 years with them. They just said ok, done.
