Didn't they also have some goofy light in the dash that would turn on when you were not driving in the 'efficient' zone. Operated off manifold vacuum or something... can't remember for sure..... The MPG was just designed to do just that, get the most MPG possible.
It's rare... but not sure how desireable it is on the market.
