What does "GL-6" mean in reference to differential fluid? Easton recommends this for their posi. Is GL-7 better? All I saw at the parts store was GL-5. This bottle also said MT-1. Anyone know?
I found it. GL-6 is designed for "severe service involving high-offset hypoid gears". Has anyone heard of GL-7? I did not find anything on it. I though my installer said he carried GL-7.
