Engine

Every cobra engin since 1996 has been hand bulit(put together) by a two man team. If you look at your tag you'll see the signatures of the two men that built your engine.

hand built means that a human acctually looked at the process of your build take place. that alone should make you feel special about your engine

No Chevy owners can say they have a car from the factory with a hand built engine...

No ill feeling meant, but it's amazing how many people own Cobras that don't know what they have. These cars are really special. Do a little research.

for the 96-01 model year, the Cobra shortblock was delivered to the Niche line already assembled.. starting on the 03 Model Year, the entire engine is hand assembled, including the short block..

Hand built with pride means that ford has so much dedication to their svt units that they hand assemble the motors....I think that is awesome

It's a cool feature of SVT cars, but really overrated. The GT motors are handbuilt as well, just not by two people.

What...did you think robots build engines?
