What is my Buddies 347 Capable of?

It is a 347 with Scat internals, fairly aggresive CI cam, canfield 195's, Ported Exploder intake, I think 38lb injectors with matching MAF, BBK Shorties with Catless X Pipe.

Will be in a full weight 89 GT 5 speed. Car has a stock tranny (prob wont last long) and a 3.55 gear rearend.

Assuming he can hook and get it dialed in, what should it be able to do in the 1/4?

I know 4.11/3.73 gears would be better, but the 3.55's are what he currently has.

This will be a future grudge race, he is trying to take down my HCI Formula.

I also believe he will be putting some slicks on the car. Not sure how well it will hook though. His car is a California Edition meaning it has all the original 170k mile Saleen Suspension on it with new struts.
