What is my timeslip trying to tell me?!

Went to the drags friday night and got a best ever of 13.432 in the 1320. It was the best 60' time i have gotten, at 1.864, my usual is 2.2 with street tires. This was with ET streets. The slip:

R/T: .770
60': 1.864
330: 5.688
1/8: 8.682
MPH: 82.90
1000: 11.245
1/4: 13.432
MPH: 102.60

My usual speed at the end had been 101 on street tires. Something seems wrong with the numbers when i compare. Could anyone help me out? Thanks.

yeah, i think you are right. Maybe i have 330-350 hp with little torque. It also isnt tuned right because i had a substaintial misfire above 5K and i dont know why. I think im gonna have it pro tuned by the dyno guys.

I was running 26.5x10 ET Streets on 15x7 rims. I have replacement 4 leaf springs with KYB shocks and those cheap yellow traction bars with a bolt in place of the rubber snubber. I have about a 1/2" gap between the spring eye and the bolt head. Only real problem is the stupid clunking noise on the street!

everything seems just about right except your horsepower quesstimate, If the car is around 2900 pounds, which I suspect should be close for a coupe your rear wheel horspower is right around 250 to 260 so your 400 hp number is way high even at the flywheel. Your 60 ft time could improve a couple of tenths with some tuning of the suspension, which will improve your quater times, other than that you seem to be doing everything right.

Going from a street tire to slicks seems to have improved your 60' which in turn has increased your trap speed and lowered your ET. A .10th in your 60' should be worth double at the big end.

i.e more time to get going fast since your hooking. As far as your suspension set up for the times your running and your "re-estimated" HP there is no reason you should need any traction device like cal tracs or even snubbers, a good solid set of leafs with sub-frame connectors should do you well up to 450 to even 475 flywheel HP.

I run 1.60 short times in a 66 coupe with 5 leaf reverse eye on 9.0X26X15 Hoosier slicks with no significant traction issues. Granted I'm pushing it with the power my motor is producing but I only run a 2500RPM stall and 3.70's. Hoping for high 10's all motor with just a few more changes $$$$$

Yes i have dropped my guesstimate and im going to get it dynoed. I am also going to try and tune it while there. My high 12 sec goal might be reachable w/o nitrous, which was my initial plan. Now id like to do it motor only. Ill have to see whats up with it on the dyno. Thanks for the replies, ill let you know what i find!
