What are these wires for? ..... they seemed to have been spliced up for some reason and never connected....i never put the multimeter on them to check for current but these can be located coming through the wall inside of the driver's kick panel....what is this?

Well it sounds like they run into the door, I can't really tell what color they are from the pictures. If all your switches work in the door, they could also be speaker wires.

That's where your door locks, window (if power) and speaker wires are at. I forgot which side the brake light wires run on but they might be there to. Don't know what wires you're holding though. All you electrical works?

Aye thanks guys for your input....i really appreciate it....i swear i'm going to have a novel going on here entitled "What is This?" lol....but yea from what i know....everything (driver's door lock ,and window) hmmmm....good point though guys...i know there isnt' a driver side (nor passenger) door speaker(s) .....probably what it is....well stay tuned for a continuation on the "What is this?" lol.....i'm just trying to learn more about the stang and i'm glad i got the best reference to assist me with this (you guys) ....thanks again

Has to be speaker wires, if everything else works!

Sounds like it could be for the speakers, maybe the previous owner just snipped the wires when he took his speakers out....
