What is this part called? PIC

The brass plate with the rubber boot on it. When it comes time to take my car in for the 3650 issue if they ever get a fix or when I cant take it anymore I want to put my stock shifter on. I need to replace this part since I cut the boot. I also lost one of the stock shifter bolts.
