A TwEECer probably wouldn't be a good addition at this time on a stock car. Not to say some gains couldn't be had with one, but for the money, there are better things to buy at this stage that will net you better results for the same price. Toss in some gears, pullies, exhaust, and bump the timing to 14° and you'll think you have a whole new car. Is your 94 an auto or manual? And welcome to StangNet!
Matt is spot-on. I'm not new to working on cars and I'm not ready for a TwEECer 
You guys would wonder where I'd been for a year, and Grady would have moved to somewhere in the South Pacific where they have no phones because he was so sick of me calling him for assistance. 
I do think a tune on a stock car is kinda neat - deal with the ping-thing if you got it, get the fan on at a reasonable temp, etc. But it's just too much of a pain and expense for what you need.

i had a tweecer and it was pretty damn confusing, once you learn im sure its wicked but deff lots of trial and error, reading etc. i think when time comes ill just get a custom chip made and dyno tuned.
if you do plan on a ton of mods i say why not get the tweecer now and learn how to use it. i mean your already starting off with a base file that you know will work fine just do tweaks to it and see what works better and what works worse. then when you do go all out on the mods youll know what you need to adjust and how it will effect your car

i wouldn't mess with the tune yet. imo, the payback wouldn't be worth the expense. the learning curve is very steep.
the money would be better spent on other things like intake and exhaust upgrades, or gears.

definatly start out with the simple bolt ons. I bought my first stang 3 months ago completly stock, cai, exhaust, and 14* with primo got me a whole new machine. Gears are always helpfull also.
This article should get you going in the right direction. Be sure to note your setting before you play with it. If your balancer dropped a deuce, you'll need to be able to get back to where you are now without using a timing light.lostkid said:

: this is my everyday driver and will have to last for the next couple of years untill i can get another vehicle and turn this into my toy. i just want a fun street car with a decent top end speed and i would like to keep my gas milage in the teens. after i go off to college i will be getting another car to drive back in forth. but untill then all i got is my stang. power wise i got a friend with a trans am with a LT1 in it and i got a friend with a 4.6 mustang. i just dont like to be the slow guy. i dont want an ungodly amount of power but then again i wouldnt mind it. what do you guess think i could hope for and where should i put my money. i'm kinda wanting to go N/A just cause i heard its better on the engine and provides more use able torque. but like i said i'm new and i dont really know what to hope for. how reasonable do you think it is to try for 350 N/A if so how much money will it cost???
