What are these ''charge motion delete plates?'' I am baffled, and have no clue as to what they are or what they delete.

Also... It seems as though no one is running a glasspack muffler on thier cars, why? Thanks guys.

The charge motion plate is a butterfly setup controlled by the ECU that is located between the intake manifold and the heads. It's purpose is to maintain the intake velocity at low RPM to give you more low end torque and drivability. But they do add some restriction at the upper RPM range. Overall, deleting them is a good (and easy) thing to do in the pursuit of dyno and trap numbers, also, most people feel that overall performance is improved including drivability as well with a good tune to go with the delete plates.
