what kind of e.t. and mph should i run?

the guy i bought my 90 gt from said it ran 14.0 with the 3.73 gears and gt 40 intake, not sure if thats the case or not

now it has also a shift kit, and a vortech s trim,

what kind of e.t. and mph should i expect,

trying to decide which nitto DR to run

the 275/50/15 or 275/60/15

corral tech calc has

tire-----5000rpm---5200rpm---5400rpm
50's----102.99------107.11-----111.23
60's----111.63------116.09-----120.56

i'm just not sure what kind of rpm the 5.0 will pull to as i've never owned one

any help appreciated.

well it better run a quicker time then 14 flat, if it runs 14s even with that base line blower your tranny is shot or he needs to learn how to drive... my friend in his bone stock 89 LX ran a 13.8 with a 5spd

14.0 seconds with just intake and gears is actually pretty good...

I would be willing to bet that you are close to low 12's with traction...if you can drive...looking at your past cars it seems that way...

By the way how did you get a 99 Cobra to a 10.31...

Probally very carefully

built engine, custom headers and exhaust, coil over suspension, drag rear suspension, AOD conversion w/baumennator TCS, Fel Pro Engine management, upgraded fuel system, boost a pump, vortech s trim 18psi, mild 3800 stall convertor

i think that is about the low down on it
