Hello,

I have a 2004 Ford Mustang GT, my car is a complete Saleen Clone. the only thing it is missing is the Blower. what kind of blowers will fit my car. what about a stock 2004 Cobra supercharger? will that fit? what kind of mods do i have to do in order for superchargers to work on my car? thanks for all the help.

No, you don't want to do the Cobra s/c thing.

Vortech and Kenne Bell are pretty much the most popular choices.

A cobra sc will not work on your car. There will be too much you will have to do to make it work. not worth the trouble or hassel.
Your best bet would be KB if you looking for a twin screw or mongoose kit from here http://modularpowerhouse.com/product_info.php?products_id=121&osCsid=e1ebb52d37225ef1b7e7cf3218839d83

Go with the Vortech Mongoose kit from Modular Powerhouse. Tim has the most reliable kit around and thats what i'm saving for.

If you want to go the centrifugal route, I would choose ProCharger.

If you want an awesome 1/4 mile, I'd go with a Vortec or Novi 2000. If you want a badass street 'stang, go with the KB.

Some food for thought:
www.racerelated.com
they did the tune on my KB (turn up the volume)
www.jmschip.com
They are also good people to work with. A word of caution, if you go KB, order the tuner kit and have someone like JMS provide the injectors/chip/etc because dealing with KB is a PITA.

Which can also be used for the Vortech unit. The vortech also doesn't need its oil changed every 3k miles or so

I think Saleen use the whipple blowers (lysholm is who makes them I think) I had a series IV on my 01' GT. Did not like it should have done the KB. But now I have a Whipple blown Cobra. The blower was not the bad part, the intake Saleen uses is too restrictive. I think I put down 310 rwhp on an Auto. @ 8psi

ProCharger only needs the oil changed in it's self-contained units (anything with an -SC at the end of the model name). The other units use an oil line, just like Vortech.
