when i put on the new intake either this weekend or next...what should I immediately compliment it with...should I put on beafier headers or should I go with the 65mm throttle body...the money is only there for one of these options...

since you are going with a trickflow intake soon, I suggest you do the intake and a 65mm TB at the same time, it will be much easier that way and the combo of the two will compliment each other very nicely. The TB will also be essential, as it appears you're also putting on new heads in the future.

Forget about the TB. Joe (vibrantredgt) dyno'd 22rwhp with just an Eddy intake on stock heads, cam, TB and MAF. The gains you'll get with a TB are not worth the moeny at all.

I didn't buy it for economy purposes but I still need some decent mileage...gas in my area is outrageous..way over nation average....so I just don't know if I can afford the gears and what affect they will have ....but don't you worry it will happen I realize that this is a huge increase...

I'm just saying, with the addition of heads and an intake, a 60mm TB, IMO, will hurt the engine performance wise. Whats the point of increasing all that output when you're still supplying the same input? Plus if he gets longtubes then he'll need to mess with the midpipe too, and there are budget constraints. You are probly right, he doesn't need the tb right now, but if he's going to do an H/C/I I think upgrading to 65 is necessary.
