a ratchet and socket, I forget what size. Maybe 10, 12mm? Then go to Lowes and get 2ea Hillmans brand plastic plugs, 3/8" and 5/16" (4 total). Then go to your local Ford dealer and get a touch-up paint pen, paint and insert into the holes, after they dry, of course.
