Well, i think i have run out of things to do to increase power without going doing internal work. My question is what would be the best thing for me to do. 1- Invest in a new motor or work my existing? I want to make about 500 or so HP's. What would be the best setup for me and within what price range can i expect to pay not including labor. I think it's time for a change and i don't think the npi motor is going to do it. Help me out fellas any subjections would be great.

Thanks,
Anthony

probably around 5-6k for a forged motor, upgrade to higher boost.

5-6K??? you talking longblock???

I got 3500 in my Shortblock and it is rated to 700hp.

check out MMR, they have a great product at a great price. I didnt personally go with them, but have seen some of their work. It is very reputable.:nice:

I hope i wouldn't have to spend 5-6k seeing that i have already put damn near that much into it already. I am going to check out their website and may decide on one of their products.

you could get some headwork done, a good set of blower cams and porting will free up alot of flow. longtubes would help as well.

other than that, youre gonna need to beef up the bottom end and run more bewst. 5.4L forged shortblock from VT is 3900$ start saving!
