What now?? Cracked block?? Leaking coolant from under oil filter!

I am so sick of problems and especially so close to getting the car running great.
Now what the heck is this- coolant is dripping from under the oil filter.
I took the filter off and got under the car. there is a very small area from where the oil pan rail meets the block- inbetwen where the oil filter is mounted. And @#$%^ coolant is dripping slowly from there. What is this??! I don't see how this can get fixed. Is the block split??
Is there a coolant passage there?? What do I do now??

it sounds like a split in the block man.that really sucks if it is.i saw the video of your car and it sounds pretty good man.it would be a shame if that is a crack.if it is a crack though and you can locate it go to a marine store and i know it sounds funny, but theres this marine seal.its what they use to seal the hulls on boats and what not.its a 2 part mix kinda like jb weld, but the stuff hardens like steel its basically unbrakable.its about 15 bucks, but ive sealed blocks with it before.
