NGK tr6 or br7ef depending on your hp levels..

TR6's work for my Lightning which is seeing 15-16lbs of boost and a 75 shot of spray

The NGK TR6's will work perfectly.

Tim reccomended the NGK br7ef (2 steps colder than stock, and 1 step than TR6s) @ .035. Either way would probably work fine....but ill go with the br7ef's . The safe the better for me, as ill be pushing the limit of this engine (440-450RWHP) lol.
