What plugs to run with new AFR's?

Like the subject says, what plugs should I run when I put my AFR 165's in? I need to use an anit-seize compound since the heads are aluminum, dont I?

anti-seize is not nessesary, unless you only check the plugs every 30,000 miles.

I used Accels and they were already Gapped

Use antiseize, just for peace of mind. It only takes 5 seconds per plug and maybe $5, worth it in the long run.

i have the afr 205 and it came with a little blue card that tells you what plug, headgasket, and intake gasket to run i suggest reading the card its very informative
