I have 275 now and run about 18psig all the time. I just ordered 315's and would like a starting point.

And I know 9" is a little to narrow for the tire, but I'm crazy like that.

I was told 22-24psi for the street, 12-14 for the track, but idk. I am getting nitto 315 dr's for my 17x9's pretty soon too.

How can you fit 315's on a 9" wheel? I just received my new BFG Drag Radials 295/35/18 and I'm concerned about them not fitting on my 9" Roush wheels.

Just the nitto dr's fit. They run alot narrower than other tires.
I was told that nitto 315 DR's = BFG 285 DR's

I realize they will bulge a bit and are not "recommended" for a 9" wheel, but they will fit.

I ran 18psig all the time w/ my 275's and noticed that, for treadwear, optimal is probably around 17psig.
