What should be replaced?

I have a 2001 GT, 45,000 miles, with the T-3650 syncro problem that I am going to be fixing. Its going to cost about a grand, not so bad I guess. Anyway, I am wondering what I should replace while the tranny is off the car. I want to do the clutch, but is there anything else?

Which clutch do you guys think would be good for a daily driver, or is the stock one alright?
