I posted before about the problems Im having with my 04 gt.I just got the car back from the dealer for some suspension problems(when turning and going over a bump it clunks),They replaced both control arms and steering rack bushings,I guess it was a TSB.The car drives much better and I was having a vibration up front which is gone now but The clunk is still there. So much for "fix it right the first time".Anyway the car has a slight misfire at idle and its getting worse and worse, you can hear it missing bad through the exhaust. When they first did a Cylinder power balance test, they told me #8 was low. They then tried a new coil pack on #8 and it fixed nothing. Now I go to pick up the car and on the R.O it says that a power balance test was done and all checked out OK. The R.O they showed me before did not say that. They ARE saying something is wrong but dont know what it is. The service adviser told me to bring it in around 35,000 and do another test.He thinks something is going out and has not went out all the way yet.Should I call ford and talk to them about it?The dealer is is being cool about everything but I really feel like Im being jacked around because its warranty work(20,000 miles right now). What should I do?Oh yeah,This is my primary vehicle and they dont have a loner car whick sux.TIA.

1st off, dont be driving the car around while its mis-firing. 2nd off take it to a different Ford dealer. Forget that shady one you've been brining it to

Its not running really bad,But like I said before its got a slight miss.I have not thrown an ses yet either. You dont notice it when driving, just at idle. The dealer I brought it too is the best around where I live.Dont even get me started on the first one I brought it too Not driving the car is not an option right now, since its my only way to get to work and around. Thanks for the reply.

Engine Might have to get a Dart block but don't want to and if I do, then 363 instead of 331. Thoughts on what I've already bought so far.......
