I got a 14.5 on street tires with a pretty much stock GT. So he might be able to get better, especially since he has gears.

I will say high 14s due to elevation. It really slows you down.

See sig for example

What kind of tires will you be running?

I ran 13.8 @ 98.5mph with the following mods: 373's, offroad hpipe w/flows, adjustable shocks up front, disconnected front swaybar, blaster coil & 13* timing, CAI, and Underdrive pulleys. I had 255/50/16 BFG drag radials and when Iwould hit 1.8 60's I would run 13's. (this was with a 94 GT)

From all the calc's I've looked at you'll lose about 10-15hp versus my track, so you will prob run low 14's @ 95-97mph.

Good luck

Just dimming headlights at idle, but not big deal.

And get some real tires, at least buy a crappy pair of 16's and get some dr's for the track.
