What should the stock fuel pressure be, 94 5.0 5-speed?

I have a 94 convertible, 5.0, 5 speed and lately it has developed a rough idle. I've searched the forums but can't seem to find where anyone has posted what the fuel pressure should be on a stock 5.0.

Can someone please tell me what the fuel pressure should be with and without the vaccume connected at idle?

I think its around 38-42psi, vacuum disconnected.

should be at 37 idle or so and 45 wide open throttle, Have someone watch the gauge and mash the gas to get the rpms up and it should jump to 45. Our regulator get weak over time and the spring inside loses its strength and is not compressed as much which in turns means less fuel pressure.
