GT40/Cobra Intake
Summit 70mm TB
Hedman Street Hedders 1 5/8in (longtubes)
BBK CNC Series Short High-Flow Mid-Pipe (H Pipe)
GP UnderDrivePulley Kit
Sumitomo High Performance HTR Z Tire (275/40-17)
100-125 shot Nitrous Outlet Kit From Latemodelrestoration.com

For the price you would get more power swapping the heads. Even if you kept the stock exhaust and intake. Biggest restriction on a 302 is the heads/ intake. Also unless you badly wanted that GT40 intake setup i would get a Trickflow....i believe they flow more and you cand find them for sale new and used on ebay easily. Do the HCI (Heads Cam Intake) thing. Do the heads and cam at the same time. Whats the point of opening the exhaust and intake if the heads are the weak link.
:OT:

Oh crap i went off subject. My guess is with what you listed 13's But the 3.73's should already have you in the 13's range. so with all that money spent the best you'll do is maybe shave .50 off your 1/4th. Most of that would be from the wider than stock tires. Check the Exhaust calculator below. At this point the only point to doing exhaust would be sound.

your going to spend 500 or 600 just on gears alone if you arent installing them yourself...and isnt a cobra intake like over 500?
