Hey I have a Ford Racing aluminum radiator. It is alot thicker than stock. I was wondering what you guys used for a shroud? I don't think the factory will fit. Also I want to ditch the factory overflow bottle. Any suggestions? And where did you guys mount it?

Jegs sells an aluminum thin profile shroud that you will have to screw, or rivet to the radiator. (99.00) They also sell their version of a Derale tornado that is a high CFM unit w/ a built in adjustable thermostat w/ a manual and A/C over ride. (139.00) I use this combo on my aluminum radiator, and it runs perfectly at the temp of my T stat. I also have a Jegs SS overflow Tube catch can. ( cant be called much more than that, it's only 2" in diameter)

I can take a pic if you wanna see it,...I like to take pictures

That looks really good, but I am still using the factory clutch fan, not an electric fan.

You'll have to adapt the plastic shroud then. The fact that the radiator is thicker only means that the fan will intrude further into the shroud. As long as it isn't hitting the radiator itself, then there shouldn't be any problem.
