I have a smog pump delete but I think I'd rather just bypass it altogether. Does anyone have the size belt to use for our cars bypassing the smog pump. I need the sn95 size not the fox body if it is any different. Thanks.

Do you plug the holes on the pipe or the heads when deleting it?

The only thing I could find that doesn't slip is a 90" Gatorback

90" cheapie brand from Autozone fit perfect for me with stock pulleys. It was pretty tight, but the trick was to slide it onto the belt tensioner pulley last. It put the tensioner in the middle of its range of travel.

I just did this and 2 lessons I learned the hard way:

1) If you hear a very BAD banging noise up front, that's probably your tensioner hitting it's stop and your belt is too long.

2) Everyone's setup is slightly different so buy multiple sizes (89.5" & 90") the first time and just return the one/s that you don't need.

Since it never helps me when ppl just give me the size and no part number Ill give a the p/n

905K6 That is the tightest fitting belt. And you can cross reference that part number to any brand belt at any auto parts store.

905k6 just means 90.5 inch belt and 6 ribs.... so mine would be 895k6, any auto part store will be able to help you. I run ASP pulleys with my delete btw...
