I am going to be putting some 24# injectors on my car in the spring time, and need to start planning which sensor I am going to get.

I was thinking a 73mm Pro-M, I want a used one to save a little money.

Is this a good choice for size/brand?

I've got an Explorer intake with ported Lower, and Ported stock heads, Crane 2030 cam, 1.6 RR's, and full exhaust as far as induction/exhuast mods go

I would say get that and you should also get a 65mm tb and egr plate if you want good induction flow. Although I put my 70mm mas on just because i had it sitting around with stock tb and noticed alittle diffrence.

I don't think ProM makes a 73mm MAF....C&L does....I would just go ahead and get the 75mm ProM...

You should be good with a 75 or 73 whichever you decide. C&l, and pro-m are good parts IMO.

I would go with the 75mm pro-m. It seems to be a popular mass air sensor, and people are having great luck with the thing. Thats what I would go with if I was in your situation.
