Just pulled my plugs to find out that they all are white. I know this means a lean condition, I'm just wondering if they could have gotten this way when my fuel line popped off and the engine was starved for fuel for about 30 seconds? or would my car have to be running lean for awhile to turn them white?

Also I'm gonna get a new set of Autolite 24s, what should I gap them to?

Thanks
Dave

.054 Is stock and most common. I run a side gaped plug and like them at .045, but that's just personal preference.

Dave, more info about the fuel line thing if you want guesses on the white plugs.

IMHO reading EFI plugs is kinda hard. It really takes a WOT run and shut down while at WOT to try and gather what's going on.

Your guess would be better than mine for the gap.

Good luck bud.
