Well after a 4 year hiatus I'm back in the Mustang world. I bought my wife an 02 GT vert last month for her birthday, and I'm in the process of identifying the mods already in place.

The dealer replaced the clutch this week cuz the previous owner had put in an aftermarket clutch and wore out the TOB. It reminded me of my 01 Cobra clutch in pedal effort. So that's fixed now.

Due to the ride quality and stance, I suspect the springs are not factory; but I don't know for sure. What color are the stock springs? Mine are blue. I can get a pic tonight if necessary. They're pretty dirty, but definitely a bright blue. The shocks/struts appear to be factory. It's also had exhaust work as there's a pair of Flowmasters hanging out underneath.

Thanks in advance!

Blue springs could be BBK, Steeda and I think H&R springs are blue.

I'm thinking there might have been a tag or sticker hanging off one of them. I'll jack it up tonight and get a better look and some pictures. Thanks for the replies. I'll post what I find.

My Steeda Sports were a dark blue. You can rule that out.

Amazing what a wet paper towel will do, huh?

They're Steeda Sport springs after all. Went to clean off the area where the part number was and uncovered the coil below as well showing the name.

Thanks again for all the inputs folks.
