what throttle body for a 331 stroker?

Should I keep my mouth shut on this one? Hell NO I wont :) 75mm TB at least. If the intake your running is less than 75mm, port match it to 75mm with a dremel. Depending how wild your combo is, i'd also consider the 75mm race TB's which are 90mm opening and 75mm at the blade. You'll need to make your own inlet pipe for this though and they dont come with the oil cap vacuum port fwiw.

I havent decided on which intake I want to run, either the rpmII, systemax II or the trick flow r. the heads I have are z304 heads with titanium retainers,1.550 comp cam springs, 2.02-1.60 valves. I was wanting to run an anderson n-61 or b-41 cam. the stroker kit is all dss. it has ultra lite I beam rods, pro lite series pistons. I have a chance to get a 70mm throttle body for $100 bucks. I just dont know if it would choke it off. what do ya think??

Not to change the subject, but it looks like you got a nice head there. I haved researched the new ford racing head but im sure they are good. What are the flow #'s like?

2nd, why a 331 and not a 347? Your giving up power, free power I shoud say. 331 and 347 are the same price ;) I'd use a victor 5.0 or a TFS R intake.

I'd use something else for a cam, not an n61. I'd get in touch with a custom cam grinder and get one from them as it looks like you wanna go fast. Try fti or jay allen at camshaft innovations.

Yes that 70mm TB will be a restriction. I was wrong before when I recommended a race TB for you. Accufab doesn't make TB's for sn95 cars unless your doing a fox swap? Use the 75mm tb but do NOT buy some made in china crap brand one!!

I was leaning towards the tf R intake! Everyone around here has a 347 thats why I went with a 331. Does that camshaft innovations have a web site. The heads are box stock. I had bought the heads at the wfc from a guy that owns a place called hp performance in roswell,nm.what brand is the tb spacer?

I have a 70mm, which is probably on the small side. I would definately go with the Holley Systemax 2 intake. It is consistently rated as the better intake, and it easy to remove and replace as long as you aren't running the EGR tube.
