what tires to buy?

I got a friend that just bought a 95 GT 5spd vert. the tires are shot and she wants something pretty cheap like 130 or under cuz shes not gonna be taking it to the track or really even hot rodding it, suggestions?

Falken Ziex ZE-512s. $99 each at tires.com and they are Consumer Reports rated #1. I have them and I like them a lot.

Falken is your best bet for the money. I've heard of some out of round problems but all in all they're pretty good.

yeah, i got the k104s. great tire, but since i got a really good deal (personal friend with the local tire shop owner) i got em cheap, i just wasnt sure what they costs listing price. ill look at the falken Ziex's

Since I baby the stang with no mods an "H" rated tire was good for me.

While my mechanic praised them I won't know how they run for a while as they're only being installed tomorrow.
