What to do with $500

Yeah, I know its not much money but at the moment I am going to college and working a part time job making 7.00/hour and after I pay my insurance there really isnt much money left. I am really considering the gears though. I can pick up a set of 3.55s from my buddy for 75.00 or is it worth it to just go ahead and spend 200.00 for a set of new 3.73s along with installation kit and fluids. That should run me about 320.00. Oh and my buddy will help me do the swap.

Oh and how much would a trickflow upper and lower itself help because I can get my hands on one of those for 250.00 from my friend. Its the street intake.

I'm wondering that too. What would be a realistic gain from just an intake, keeping stock MAF and TB on a mostly stock motor?

I know, i'm such a stickler. :D
I just thought, you know... give the guy something to really look forward to. $500... I mean, come on, let's face it, you can spend that on repairs if you're not careful :)

I've been here, there...
still working on my project and actively looking for a new job has kept me REALLY busy. :(

I personally don't have the $2500 to spend on upgrades at the moment :D

how've you been holdin up?

:notnice: O T WARNING :notnice:

Holdin is the perfect word to describe things at this time :bang:

Don't drive the Stang as much these days :(
and
have to kinda keep an eye on what is spent :fuss:

Other than that ... its all good

I do remember those pics from a thread about 3 weeks ago :nice:

Really nice work btw :hail2:

For that price I'd do the intake

Rather than go to 355's over 373's

My reasoning is you seem to be doing a little bit at a time
soooooo
Hold out for a good deal on the steeper ratio for a bit more pep
and
Snag the intake while you can
