as much as i hate the stuff.....its inevitable that some will need to be used on the project I'm working on.

It's been a while since I've used the stuff, and I was wondering what type i should use. I've heard a few different kinds floating around, but what do you guys use??

we're a ways out, but the truck is closer to prep than the camaro is, maybe next weekend I might prep/spray the truck, so some feedback would be great!

thanks

Evercoat is what we have had at every shop Ive worked at. Keep in mind the more expensive stuff usually sands better. Get some "poly" coat to use on your "pinhole/final coat". I like Crest Skim Coat. True "bondo" it is inevitable..especially anytime you got weld a new panel on. "filler" is not a big deal if used properly..like not using it on super huge dents that werent even pulled.

lol, well then, evercoat it is! :P

I've heard that from some other guys, that the evercoat rage is pretty good stuff. thanks expecially for the tip on the skim coat, last time we used it, we just used the same kind of filler for the skim, lol...i know.

I'll post some pics when i start diggin into suff!

Evercoat Rage is ok for a production shop where cost is a factor. But for your own car spend the extra money and buy the Evercoat Rage Extreme. It is easier to spread, and MUCH easier to sand versus the std. Rage. Cost is just under 50 bucks a can.
