What type of clutch should I get???

I had a RAM stock replacement when I first got my car and it was a HUGE POS, when I rebuilt my motor (stock) i got a good deal on a SPEC stage two clutch. Well I quickly found out that you can't drive a stock mustang with a strong clutch like you can with a stock clutch. I ended up going through 3 T-5's by shifting fast into third and dropping the clutch and in turn, blowing 3rd up. Now that I have a mild H/C/I with gears and some other stuff, the Spec stage two is much better for the car, it actually has the power to kinda slip the clutch instead of the clutch engaging really hard and bogging the engine down and slamming the trans. I think a spec stage two would be fine for a 302 with boost buuuut I would just recommend going with a spec stage three just for the extra insurance. My friend had a Spec stage 4 i think in his 383 93 Camaro and it was so snappy.
