Anyone know what kind of shifter this is?

^^ agreed.
and, the Hurst Billet Plus shifter is a nice unit.
Lots of folks like the stubby lever/handle. I've ran both. The stubby is cool for driving around, but personally, when it comes to getting it done, I like the longer handle for it's accuracy, reach and leverage.

Thanks guys! What I'm trying to find is a shifter knob that is smaller than the typical 2 1/8" diameter Hurst ball. I don't find it comfortable at all. I recently replaced my Hurst billet plus short throw shifter (just the shaft) with a Hurst Comp Plus (longer, smaller shift ball, old school look). It's not bad, but it is a little tall.

The shifter in the picture looks like it's longer than the short throw I have, but shorter than the comp plus. It also looks like the shift ball is either 2" or 1 3/4" which would be great.

Anyone know the best place to order?

If no one has a recommendation regarding where to buy, try searching for the part number in google shopping and sort results by price. It's an easy way to find cheaper prices.
