What was going on in Indianapolis Satuday (8/20)?

There were people standing on a lot of the over passes watching the cars on I-465. Some even had cameras. A lot of cop cars where pullled over on the side of the interstate but none were set up to go after speeders. Then on the 56th Street overpass two ladder firetrucks where holding a huge American flag over I-465. Anyone know what was going on? I tried watching the news and checking a paper but none said anything.

The Indy truck and Import bash is going on all week-end out at IRP. I wanted to go out and beat up on some of the RICE but my car is in noblesville getting dyno tuned all week. As for the flags I think those guys do that every now and then, I've seen them on 38th street before too.

It was for a motorcycle benefit ride around 465. The cops would stop traffic on the ramps to allow the bikes to go by without anyone merging in on them
