Back when I started throwing parts on In "02, I couldnt get the thing to idle I had just installed a BBK 65MM TB, and it was suggested that drilling a hole in the throttle blade would help..so I did but then it idled too high despite turning the IAC screw all the way down..so I got pissed and ran a self tapper in it and its been there since then. Ive since swapped to fox setup and no longer need the BBk. Can this be fixed by soldering/oxy-acetelene brazing?

Well it seems like it would but it depends on how good of a welder / brazer u are... also i would recommend grinding / sanding off the extra metal and throwing on a little paint after its done to your liking.
