If it's not too late, here's a tip: make SURE the shop or booth is at least 70 degrees inside. You won't beleive how much better everything goes if the surface you're painting is nice and warm. Good Luck!
My bad, I thought when you said paint, you meant paint. I painted mine in my garage as well. As long as the floor is clean and the car is warm, it's no problem whatsoever.
