When you guys mention Zymol, which kind are you talking about? They have the cheapy stuff that Wal-Mart sells that's kind of bluish, and they have the expensive Zymol that you have to find elsewhere.
Meg's NXT smells great too BTW. You guys should give it a chance. Easy on, easy off, and it's supposedly their longest lasting wax yet so it should be more durable than Gold Class or their other products that I've seen people use.
Check out these threads before you decide to pass judgment on NXT:
I've heard of Wal-Mart having it, but I couldn't find it at mine. I went to Advance Auto and AutoZone, and they both had it. It was $14.88 at Advance Auto and $14.99 at AutoZone...no idea how much Wally World sells it for.
Wally World didnt have it. They had the Zymol, Black Magic, and Turtle Wax's new Ultra Gloss. I got the Ultra Gloss to give it a try and see how it does because it was on sale. Will probably try Zymol next. Might as well try something out while its cheaper.
I'm a big Meguiar's and I usually buy direct from them over the phone. They always toos in some goodies like polishing cloths ot a free bottle of quicl detailer. The guys I've talked to have been helpful and to me that's worth paying a little for shipping.
Haven't tried NTX yet, just wash, clay, polish and wax. My paint is just OK but this stuff makes it look great.
I use Meguiar's NXT or Yellow wax. I think the yellow wax gives a deeper shine but I guess I'm going to finish this bottle of NXT. Twice a year I go over the entire car with 3M fine cut polish for dark paint. This makes the paint look a little darker and have more depth to it. Then I go over it with the wax and use an orbital buffer with a microfiber bonnet or whatever you call it.
