Looking into a winter car. I found 2 I'm going to look at this weekend and no this one isn't a scam like the Cobra.

$700 OBO for http://hartford.craigslist.org/car/476347200.html
$995 OBO for http://hartford.craigslist.org/car/485415562.html

I will probably look at both. I was thinking start at 500 and then see what happens all depends on how much rust is on it.

depends on the mileage for the blue one. I'd buy the one with the least amount of miles.

I dunno. Arent the Exploders known for having the trannys go out...I would go with the Blue one since they said it has a newer tranny...The other one physically looks better, but its a winter beater right? Just get the one that runs the best....

Yup mostly winter beater. I just drove the stang the last 2 days in this nice ice storm we had up here in NewEngland.

I would go with the blue Exploder because it has the newer tranny and it's cheaper

Got a response back about the tan one and its sold. I'm now waiting for the owner of the blue one to get back to me. As I said I will offer 600 and see what happens.
