Fuel rail bolt holes on lower intake are stripped. Lower intake is still on car. Really don't want to take lower off. What would you do to fix?

i would either try to drill it out and retap it......or what i would personally do would be to put in a heli coil.

+1 on the Heli-Coil. NAPA carries them. Take 'em a bolt, they'll get you the correct "kit".

I also agree with the heli-coil. Do NOT run you car without the bolts installed and torqued down properly. I know a guy that had trouble getting just one of his fuel rail bolts in and it led to a fuel leak. He had to have a heli-coil put in while the intake was still on the car.

Paul is right, DO NOT try to run the car with the fuel rails not mounted properly. Refer to this thread for why it's a bad idea. I don't want to see another thread like that one here in 94-95. Get some helicoils and fix it. It'll be good as new.
