What X-pipe is this???

I just won an auction for a 99-04 x-pipe with mil eliminators;

Unfortunantly the seller doesnt remember the brand of the x-pipe or mil eliminators, I can tell that the x pipe is not pypes or bassani...is it maybe a upr, bbk?? Thanks!

Looks like UPR, I just put on UPR yesterday and took off my BBK.....so I know its not a BBK and its made like UPR.
