Not that bad but I wouldnt do it to my car. The lower valance openings would look better if straight rather than angled. Any more pics from the side? I bet it looks awful from that angle.

I think it would look sweet if it wasn't so low...shorten up the "bumper" section and it'll flow a lot better.
