if you have the required skill then both are easy , but if you dont you might run into some trouble with both but personally i like doing cams i think they are an easy swap i use to them alot at my old job

I have done cam swaps in other cars before. I know to do it in our cars will be more difficult. I called a local shop here and was told it's alot of money for 10 to 20 hps. I won't be dealing with that shop if they don't want to take my money. I may do some more research and do it myself. I just joined a Stang club here so I will talk to some of the other members.
