Whats the best and most efficient E-Fan?

What year VII is the fans out of?

And what exactly does a DCC do? I tried doing a search but wasnt able with all this stuff at work.

93-98 Mark VIII; the 97-98 2-wire motor is supposed to be the very best. I'm 99% sure that the 4.6 T-birds and Cougars have the same fan too, so you can broaden your search area.

The DCC is a fan controller, if you're not good at wiring then the DCC is the way to go.

I can somewhat confirm this. What they have is the same shroud and blades with a different motor. The Mark's used some kind of speed controller to control fan speed...the Tbirds used high and low so they have 3 wires. I have a Tbird fan on mine and i'd wager any amount of money that nobody could tell the difference between the Mark and the Tbird fans both on high speed...the amount of air they move is just ridiculous. Around here the Tbird fans are MUCH easier to find too.

Here's my Mark VIII fan blade in motor in a Tbird shroud... looks the same. I cut the old shroud too much, I was at the JY and this shroud just happened to be in my path; :D I even test fitted it in a Mark. From what I heard the 93-96 motors had 3-wires and the 97-98 had two wires and were a little faster. My motor is from a '98, if you look at the previously posted pics that fan has the 3-wire set up, I'll bet the Tbird fan has that motor also. Even if it did have a different motor, it still has the same blade design... I'm sure it can still cool any 5.0.

93-96 use p/n F3LY 8C607 A @ 245.80
The 93-96 spin 1100 rpms on low and 1850 on highspeed.

97's use p/n F7LZ 8C607 AB @ 196.23
98's use p/n F8LZ 8C607 AA @ 140.11
The 97-98 spin 1800 on low and 2225 on high.

They all look the same, all come with a shroud. The 93-96 spin slower according to Ford Motorsport Tech line.
