Whats the best book out there to teach me all I need to know about nitrous?

I've got a book called Nitrous Oxide Injection by David Vizard (S-A Design Press) that's pretty good. Its copyright date is 1988 so brand-specific stuff will be out of date, but it's pretty thorough. The fundamentals don't change anyway.
