in 95 california made OBD 2 manditory, so the 95 has both obd1 and obd2 hookups (only the obd1 hookup works in my car)

As far as I know the only OBDII 94/95's were the v6 models. That is why we have a plug under our dash but it does not work.

The fed. guidlines mandated obdII on all 96+ mustangs.
